Craig Milverton (Piano - UK)

The very talented Craig Milverton is one of the UK's most in-demand jazz pianists. He is currently a member of the very successful Bateman Bateman Brothers Jazz Band and Digby Fairweather and his Half-Dozen, for whom he consistently toured with George Melly.

Craig however is very much his own man and he is very active on the jazz scene in his own right. His current projects include 'The Art Trip', a quartet celebrating the music of Art Pepper with Alan Barnes. Closest to his heart though is his 'Tribute To Oscar Peterson Show' where he pays homage to the man who is the main influence on his playing.

Craig was voted the winner in the best Piano player category in the 2010 British Jazz Awards.
